Position Overview

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Civil, or Computer Science.
- Academic Record: Minimum 60% aggregate (no active backlogs preferred).
- Technical Skills: * Fundamental knowledge of core engineering principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to read technical specifications and project layouts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a "can-do" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Conducting technical analysis and preparing detailed progress reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Participating in site visits or factory floor inspections as required.
