Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to drive customer engagement and sales. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Eligibility
- Age: Up to 29 years.
- Experience: 0–5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Qualification
UG: B.Tech, BBA, B.Com
PG: M.Tech, MBA (Marketing & Sales preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- EdTech experience preferred but not mandatory.
