Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and generating leads.
- Sales Strategy: Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to convert leads into tangible sales orders.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up for payments and feedback.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations to maximize profitability and close deals effectively.
· Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure timely submission of quotes and smooth execution of orders.
· Sales Goals: Develop and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
· Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and technical product knowledge.
