Finance & Compliance Executive
Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru (In-office)
Compensation: ₹4.20L - ₹4.80L PA

We are a growing real estate development company based in Bangalore with an active portfolio of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a meticulous, proactive Finance & Compliance Executive to work closely with our Head of Compliance.

What Your Day Looks Like:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Projections: Prepare Projected and Provisional Balance Sheet for management and banker submissions.
Cash Flow: Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual Cash Flow Statements (direct and indirect method).
Budgets: Develop Budget Forecasts and track actuals vs. budgeted figures with variance analysis.
MIS: Prepare MIS reports — project-wise P&L, cost-to-completion analysis, and cash flow summaries.
2. Power BI & Advanced Excel Dashboards
KPI Tracking: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking project collections, receivables, expenses, and KPIs.
Automation: Automate routine MIS reports and ensure timely delivery of dashboards to stakeholders.
3. Tally Prime & Core Accounting
Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP 9 across all ongoing projects.
Reconciliations: Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a weekly and monthly basis.
Costing: Maintain project-wise accounting with proper cost allocation and WIP tracking.
4. Compliance & Statutory Filings
GST & TDS: Handle GST Reconciliation (match GSTR-2A / GSTR-2B), compute TDS, and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q).
RERA: Maintain RERA-compliant flat booking registers and assist in preparing quarterly RERA progress reports.
Audits: Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
Requirements:
Education: M.Com / B.Com with strong academic record (mandatory).
Experience:2–3 years in Finance / Accounts role.
Capability: Practical exposure to GST filing, TDS returns, and audit support (not just theoretical).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
