100% work from home, for a Dubai-based wellness and consulting practice running four product lines: books, workshops, courses, and services and retreats. This is a long-term role, not a project.
You will run the daily engine of the business so the founder can focus on clients and strategy. You own execution, team accountability, and weekly reporting - not just task completion.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Manage a small remote team - admin, client success, and performance marketing - and hold them to their weekly numbers.
Own the sales ladder. We sell at four levels, from a 97 dollar workshop up to bespoke programmes. Your job is to make sure people move UP that ladder, and that every monthly group cohort fills its 20 seats on time.
Drive weekly and monthly KPI reporting to the founder - leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, revenue by product line.
Run hiring, onboarding and performance management for the team.
Be the single point of contact for staff. The founder should not be answering day-to-day WhatsApp and email.
Keep client records, databases and reporting accurate and current.
Coordinate launches across product lines using structured SOPs and AI-built playbooks.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3-8 years in operations, business management, or online business management.
Proven experience managing a remote team and holding people to deadlines. You must be able to give a real example of holding someone accountable, including how it ended.
Comfortable with CRM and project tools (ClickUp, Zoho) and with basic marketing metrics - cost per lead, ROAS, conversion rate, open rates.
Strong written and spoken English. This role runs almost entirely on written communication and reporting.
Prior experience in coaching, wellness, D2C, or online course businesses is a strong plus.
Stability: at least 2 years in one previous role. We are not looking for someone who changes jobs every year.
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
Someone who needs daily direction on what to do next. You set the cadence, not the founder.
A task-only mindset. You are measured on outcomes - revenue, retention, on-time delivery - not on activity.
Someone treating this as a stepping stone. We want a 3-year commitment.

How often staff bypass you to reach the founder - this must fall every month.
Revenue against target by product line.
The monthly group cohort filled to 20 seats, on time.
Percentage of team KPIs met.
Weekly report delivered every Monday, without being asked.
TIMINGS
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST. Sunday off. Saturday is a full working day and it is our team day, when we review the week together.
SALARY AND GROWTH
Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 per month depending on experience, with a 6-month review and a scope-based increase once you have demonstrated independent team management and hit growth targets. 12 paid leave days a year after probation, and 10 paid public holidays. This role carries a 3-year commitment.
