The individual will be responsible for overseeing employee relations. He/She will ensure that hiring and on boarding process maintains a level of smoothness and solidity. He/She will assist in facilitating connections between executives and employees, cultivating an employer brand, enhancing employee engagements and devising strategic talent resources plans.
Ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management, with at least 15-20 years of experience in the Human Resource function out of which 5-10 years in managerial role. Candidates with hotel experience will be preferred.
