Operations Executive
Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning across teams.
- Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and operational follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory, purchase orders, vendor communication, and operational reports.
- Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
- Track stock movement and support inventory planning to avoid shortages or delays.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational updates, and basic Excel trackers for management review.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
- Coordinate with customer support, sales, and marketing teams when required for smooth execution.
- Ensure documentation is updated and operational processes are followed consistently.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ownership of routine operational tasks.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle follow-ups independently.
- Ability to work with vendors, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; commerce, business administration, or operations-related background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, admin, e-commerce operations, or backend process management.
- Experience in retail, D2C, fashion, baby products, or consumer brands will be an advantage.
Preferred Profile
- Based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Mumbai location.
- Comfortable with a hands-on role in a growing brand environment.
- Prior experience in order management, inventory coordination, or vendor handling will be an added advantage.
