Job Description – Administrative Officer
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Principal / Management
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the institution.
- Manage facility, housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate vendor management, procurement, and asset maintenance.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to institutional policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and support operational efficiency.
- Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies.
- Handle events, logistics, and campus administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution.
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of facility management, vendor coordination, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
