Our mission is to provide equitable access to healthcare, education, skill training, supported employment, and emotional support systems so that every person can reach their fullest potential. We collaborate with schools, parents, doctors, and therapists to create sustainable, impactful, and inclusive programs.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Healthcare Outreach & Partnerships Intern to support the outreach and partnership development of our OPD wing called Pratyasha . The intern will be the first point of contact with doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare professionals and will facilitate connections for potential collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build a database of relevant doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Initiate contact through telephone calls, email and in-person visits.
- Introduce Pratyasha and its services professionally and establish an initial relationship.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments with relevant healthcare professionals.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective contacts.
- Support outreach for doctor empanelment, referrals, lead generation and potential collaborations.
- Explore opportunities to increase awareness and visibility of Pratyasha's services among relevant healthcare networks.
- Maintain records of outreach, appointments, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Submit regular outreach updates to the reporting manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with doctors and other professionals.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, persuasive and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Willingness to make field visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- Students/recent graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Communications, Social Sciences or related fields are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
