About the Role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the overall branch, driving business growth, achieving targets, and leading the branch team. The role involves building strong relationships with dealers and customers, monitoring business performance, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
- Develop relationships with dealers, customers, and channel partners.
- Drive loan business, disbursements, collections, and branch profitability.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company processes.
