Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable English Mentor who can handle both spoken English training and competitive exam English coaching. The role requires guiding students in practical communication as well as core exam areas such as grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spoken English sessions to improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension for government competitive exams
- Design lesson plans that integrate spoken English with exam-oriented learning
- Provide personalized one-to-one training and feedback
- Monitor student progress and support performance improvement
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – preferred
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Good understanding of grammar and vocabulary concepts
- Ability to teach both beginners and exam aspirants
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with government competitive exam syllabus (SSC, Banking, PSC, etc.)
Experience in spoken English training (optional)
Ability to simplify complex grammar concepts
