Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase revenue through service packages, memberships, retail products, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Upsell salon services and recommend professional beauty products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns professionally and resolve complaints promptly.
- Increase customer retention through loyalty programs and follow-up initiatives.
Salon Operations
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure appointment scheduling and client flow are managed effectively.
- Maintain salon hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Candidate will be preferred with Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Retail Management, Beauty & Wellness Management, or Leadership are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹37,505.37 per month
