Position: Sales Executive
Number of Vacancies: 6
Location: Bhupindra Road, Patiala
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (Jewellery industry experience preferred)
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Salary : 15,000
Store Time: 10AM-9PM
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by actively engaging with walk-in customers and understanding their jewellery requirements.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective customer relationship management and direct sales.
* Attend to showroom visitors, build strong customer relationships, and convert enquiries into sales.
* Process customer orders accurately and provide clear information regarding products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
* Prepare quotations and assist customers in selecting jewellery that best suits their preferences and budget.
* Handle customer phone calls professionally, respond to enquiries, and invite prospective customers to visit the showroom.
* Follow up with customers who have visited the store to nurture relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
* Perform opening and closing inventory operations while maintaining accurate stock records.
* Ensure jewellery displays are well-maintained and presented according to showroom standards.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, billing, and after-sales service.
* Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and performance updates directly to the Store Manager.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge and represent the Dhera Singh Jewellers brand with professionalism and integrity.
