Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and inventory management for construction materials and related supplies. This role includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating material receipts and dispatches, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Store Manager will supervise store staff, ensure adherence to safety and company procedures, and collaborate with project teams to meet material requirements on time. The role also involves maintaining organized storage areas, managing vendor interactions, and supporting cost control and loss prevention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with project teams, vendors, and store staff.
- Store Management capabilities, including oversight of inventory, documentation, and day-to-day store operations.
- Experience in construction or real estate materials management is preferred.
- Ability to use basic inventory or ERP software and maintain accurate records.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, commerce, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
