Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Science & Analytics Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver practical, project-based training programs for university and college students across domains including Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML. The ideal candidate believes strongly in a hands-on, outcome-driven teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML for university-level students.
- Develop hands-on curriculum with real-world datasets, case studies, and project-based assignments.
- Conduct workshops and bootcamps in collaboration with universities and colleges across India.
- Mentor students through end-to-end data projects — from data collection and cleaning to insights and presentation.
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, slides, notebooks, and assessments.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques into course content.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with the academic team to align training content with industry requirements and placement goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (mandatory minimum).
- Master's degree or MBA in Data Science, Business Analytics, or AI is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on industry or project experience in Data Analytics / Data Science is highly valued over academic credentials alone.
- Proficiency in Power BI — dashboard creation, DAX, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Generative AI and data modelling .
- Advanced Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other BI tools knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
