A multi-skill technician handles general upkeep, breakdown repairs, and routine checks across multiple trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor civil works
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical work: Fix light switches, replace bulbs, repair sockets, and check distribution boards.
- Plumbing tasks: Unclog drains, fix leaking pipes, and plunge or repair toilets.
- HVAC maintenance: Service air conditioning units, clean filters, and monitor chillers or ventilation fans.
- Preventive checks: Run regular safety inspections on building utilities and mechanical gear.
- Emergency response: Fix sudden system breakdowns and handle urgent repair calls.
- Record keeping: Log daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment status. [1, 2, 3]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
