We are hiring an experienced Title Search Specialist with a strong background in U.S. mortgage title research.
Important: Please apply only if you have hands-on experience performing U.S. title searches. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Perform title searches including:
o Current Owner Search (COS)
o Two-Owner Search
o Full Chain of Title
o Update / Bring-Down Searches
Search and analyse:
o Tax liens, judgments, mechanics liens
o HOA liens and municipal records
Examine public records to identify:
o Ownership history
o Encumbrances, restrictions, and title defects
Prepare clear and accurate title search reports
Support title curative processes:
o Payoffs, lien releases, subordination
Ensure compliance with U.S. title standards and lender guidelines

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filter)
- ✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on US Title Search experience (non-negotiable)
- ✔ Must have independently performed title searches (COS, Two-Owner, Full Chain) — not just assisted
- ✔ Experience with US county records / online search portals
- ✔ Ability to handle end-to-end title files independently

- Experience working with US title companies or lenders
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala (Kochi)
