Job Summary
Sila’ Creations is looking for a creative and active Social Media Manager who can manage daily social media activities for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content posting, audience engagement, comment management, AI prompt generation, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, comments, and social media copy.
- Reply to comments, messages, mentions, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Engage with relevant accounts, followers, communities, and potential customers.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Create effective prompts for AI-generated content, captions, images, and videos.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content requirements.
- Maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor current social media trends, audio, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Ensure all content is posted on time and follows the brand guidelines.
- Prepare basic weekly reports covering posting, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Required Skills
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Good communication and audience-engagement skills.
- Ability to write creative captions and generate content ideas.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for prompt generation.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple brand accounts.
Mandatory Requirements
- Personal laptop or computer.
- Smartphone with a good-quality camera, preferably an iPhone.
- Stable and reliable internet connection.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Availability during assigned working hours.
- Ability to attend online meetings and provide regular updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of reel editing and content creation.
- Portfolio or examples of social media pages previously managed.
Salary
₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, English communication, and performance.
