Job Description of Assistant Manager – Human Resources
Support GM-HR to drive the Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, reward & recognitions, performance management, statutory compliance etc.

Duties and responsibilities:
People:
· Actively involve in driving the ELIVAAS culture at the Villas.
· Communicate and create awareness of all People policies from time to time.
· Recruitment & Selection at all levels.
· Onboarding & Joining formalities.
· Regularly monitor colleague facilities like staff accommodation, food facilities, Uniform, transportation etc.
· Create awareness of discipline at workplace.
· Preparing full & final settlement of left employees.
· Conduct exit interviews, compile monthly/yearly report, analyses the causes and share it with department heads.
· Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations.
· Contributes towards regional activities as directed by AGM Human Resources.
Guest experience:
· Develop creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide guests with a unique experience.
· Ensure that Department Heads abide by their responsibilities of employee related departmental SOPs.
· Conducts/Drive Service Standard Audits and share feedback with department heads.
Responsible business:
· Drive CSR activities at areas of operation.
· Develop awareness and reputation of the villas and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in local community.
· Ensure all HR statutory compliance
· Research and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts, identify potential risks to the villa or company, and facilitate resolution through your employee relations programmes. Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
Qualifications and requirements:
MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management/ training is desirable. 4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
