Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records accurately.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Organize and maintain financial files and documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of Tally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
