The role is dynamic and involves continuous interaction with various teams to facilitate seamless process improvements and technology integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align objectives and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex process data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and modeling business processes using industry-standard methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
