The brand is rapidly expanding its B2B presence across corporate gifting, hospitality, retail, and institutional sales channels.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented and relationship-driven B2B Sales Manager to expand Le Pure Chocolatier’s institutional and corporate business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, key account management, and corporate gifting within FMCG or consumer brands.
The role requires strong networking, negotiation, and business development capabilities to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales growth across corporate gifting, retail partnerships, hospitality, events, and institutional channels.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal sharing, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product customization, pricing, dispatches, and timely order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute seasonal and festive gifting campaigns for corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, corporate events, networking forums, and business meetings when required.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
- Strong experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, HORECA, food, confectionery, hospitality, consumer brands, Asset Management, PMS, or Mutual Fund industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
- Strong networking and client acquisition capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and large-volume orders efficiently.
- Good understanding of sales reporting, pipeline management, and business forecasting.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
