Role Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage back-end operations for our growing mutual fund distribution business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of client transactions, KYC compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process mutual fund transactions and monitor execution using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with clients to collect KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track client profiles, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timely updates in the system.
- Generate reports, MIS, and daily execution updates.
- Liaise with fund houses, partners, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Graduate with NISM V-A certification completed.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a brokerage firm or asset management company (AMC).
- Good knowledge of mutual fund products and execution platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
