In this role, you will take concepts from ideation to final print-ready production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Print & Packaging Design: conceptualize and execute end-to-end packaging layouts, dyelines, and high-quality print collateral.
- Multitasking & Problem Solving: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while proactively resolving formatting or production challenges.
- AI Integration: Leverage next-generation AI tools to accelerate design workflows and brainstorm creative concepts.
- Campaign & Festival Creatives: Design high-engagement social media posts and marketing materials, particularly for regional and national festivals.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (specifically print/packaging environments).
- Creative Core: A strong portfolio demonstrating a highly creative mind, excellent spatial awareness, and typographic skills.
- Core Competencies: Full mastery of print production processes, color separation, and material limitations.
- Work Ethic: Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.
Software Expertise
- CorelDRAW (Mandatory — Expert level required)
- Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory — Expert level required)
- Adobe Illustrator (Highly Proficient)
- Canva (Proficient)
AI Tools Proficiency (Big Plus Points)
- Hands-on experience with the Google Nano Banana image generation model family.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently generate festival and promotional posts using generative AI tools.
- Active workflow integration with LLMs like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude for prompt engineering and asset generation.
