Job Summary
As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels. You will work closely with the Founder and Social Media Team to bring fitness, transformation, and educational content to life while ensuring content aligns with brand standards and audience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, effects, motion elements, and sound design optimized for audience engagement and retention.
- Create high-converting ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, tone, and visual style.
- Synchronize video footage with music, voiceovers, sound effects, and on-screen text.
- Enhance video quality through color correction, grading, audio cleanup, and visual improvements.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets for social media platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
- Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and creative assets efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver content that drives engagement and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and social media content strategies.
- Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks within the first few seconds of a video.
- Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and content optimization techniques.
- Basic motion graphics skills; experience with Adobe After Effects is a strong advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation expertise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
