We are hiring for an Oracle HFM Support Consultant
Location: Mumbai
Experience : 3-6 years
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) Support Consultant to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in Oracle HFM application support, financial consolidation, and EPM processes, we'd love to connect with you!
Responsibilities:
- Support & maintain Oracle HFM applications for financial consolidation and reporting
- Manage metadata, hierarchy changes, entity/account mappings, and security administration
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles
- Troubleshoot HFM issues, data load failures, and calculation errors
- Manage HFM Rules, data forms, reports, and process management workflows
- Execute data loads using FDMEE/Data Integration tools
- Support upgrades, testing, patches, and migrations
- Prepare user documentation and provide end-user training
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Oracle HFM/Hyperion Financial Management experience
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial close processes
- Experience with HFM Rules scripting, metadata management, and security setup
- Knowledge of FDMEE, ODI, or other Data Integration tools
- Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR), and ad-hoc reporting
- Understanding of Finance processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- VB Scripting (HFM Rules) knowledge
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com / BBA with relevant technical expertise
