Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Interaction & Counseling
- Assist audiologists in explaining hearing aid options to patients
- Educate patients on product features, benefits, and usage
- Provide demonstrations of hearing devices and accessories
- Address patient queries and concerns regarding hearing solutions
2. Product Knowledge & Sales Support
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and accessories
- Recommend suitable products based on patient needs and audiologist prescriptions
- Support conversion of consultations into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets (if applicable)
3. Device Handling & Support
- Assist in fitting, basic programming support, and troubleshooting (under audiologist guidance)
- Guide patients on device care, maintenance, and usage
- Manage minor repairs and coordinate with service teams
4. Inventory & Clinic Support
- Maintain stock of devices and accessories
- Coordinate with suppliers and track product availability
- Ensure proper documentation of product sales and warranties
5. After-Sales Service
- Follow up with patients post-purchase for satisfaction and adjustments
- Support handling of complaints and service requests
- Build long-term patient relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Science, Healthcare, or related field preferred)
- Experience in medical devices / hearing aids / retail healthcare is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical aptitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
