Job Description
We are looking for a Spoken English Teacher to train students in improving their English communication skills. Freshers with strong English proficiency and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Teach conversational English, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and listening skills.
- Organize interactive activities such as role plays, group discussions, presentations, and debates.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on learning objectives.
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to help improve fluency and confidence.
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- BA, MA, or B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent spoken and written English skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Spoken English training or teaching will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Confidence in handling classroom activities and public speaking exercises.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,601.44 - ₹34,187.48 per month
