Position: Business Head
Role Overview:
The Business Head will be responsible for driving overall business growth, revenue generation, and strategic direction of the company. This role requires a strong leader with experience in the construction industry, capable of managing operations, sales, and client relationships while ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in residential and commercial construction segments.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
- Lead sales and business development activities, including client acquisition and retention.
- Oversee end-to-end project pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability of projects.
- Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Establish and improve operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-10 years of experience in the construction/real estate industry.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
