Job Summary:
A Sales Officer drives business growth by identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. They ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving the company’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Meet and exceed monthly or annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication skills
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales strategies
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
