Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Handle candidate coordination, follow-ups, and escalations
- Conduct interviews and support the recruitment process
- Train and mentor new team members
- Track daily activities (calls, interviews, conversions)
- Ensure proper reporting (EOD, performance tracking)
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in team handling / recruitment / telecalling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Pay: ₹487,559.62 - ₹1,714,288.57 per year
