Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Setup:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other related security equipment at client sites.
- Ensure correct camera placement and optimal angle adjustments for full coverage.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting on installed CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to CCTV equipment.
- Provide timely support for issues reported by clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- System Configuration & Integration:
- Configure CCTV systems, including remote access, video recording, and storage solutions.
- Set up CCTV software for monitoring and video management.

- Client Communication:
