Job Description
- To manager PAN India AMC and Warranty service for Government/PSUs/Defence clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and on-time execution of services.
- Escalation management, promptly addressing customer concerns and implementing corrective actions to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Vendors, OEMS , internal teams and field engineers to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery and resolve issues proactively.
- To ensure timely billing and payment collections, supporting healthy cash flow management.
Requirements:
- BE/ B.Tech /MCA/BCA/B.SC/Diploma in IT Hardware/Networking
- Minimum 2 Years experience in clients Management
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written communication)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
