Finance Analyst – Scheme Calculation & Financial Reporting
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) | CA Intermediate Preferred
Industry: FMCG / Consumer Durables / Telecom / Distribution
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and validate distributor/dealer incentive schemes.
- Verify target achievements and process payouts accurately.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Monitor distributor, dealer, territory, and product performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing activities.
- Manage scheme provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Channel Partners, and ERP teams.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query).
- Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Ind AS/GAAP.
- Experience in scheme calculations, MIS reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
CA Intermediate (both groups), CA Final students, and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
