Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and compassionate hospital staff for multiple roles including Billing, Lab, Couple Coordinator (CC), OP, and Injection Staff. Candidates with IVF or fertility centre experience will be highly preferred.
Open Positions & Responsibilities:
1. Billing Staff
Handle patient billing, invoices, and payment collections
Maintain accurate billing records
Coordinate with accounts and front office
2. Lab Staff
Assist in sample collection and basic lab procedures
Maintain lab reports and documentation
Follow hygiene and lab safety protocols
3. Couple Coordinator (CC)
Guide and support couples throughout IVF treatment
Explain treatment process, appointments, and procedures
Coordinate between doctors, lab, and patients
Maintain patient records and follow-ups
Provide emotional support and counseling coordination
4. OP Staff (Outpatient Department)
Handle patient registration and appointment flow
Assist doctors during consultation
Maintain OP records
5. Injection Staff
Administer injections as per doctor’s instructions
Ensure patient comfort and safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
