We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial growth. You will oversee daily accounting activities, maintain the general ledger, prepare financial statements, and assist with tax filings. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain the general ledger, reconcile bank statements, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, GST, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate and support internal and external auditing processes.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on cost-reduction and revenue growth.
Manage payroll processing and vendor payments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Assistant Manager Accounts, or similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP software, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Deep knowledge of accounting principles, GST filing, TDS, and financial reporting.
