- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and architects' instructions.
- Maintain proper layer management standards for organized and efficient drafting.
- Have a strong understanding of CTB (Color-Dependent Plot Style) files to ensure correct plotting, line weights, and printing outputs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to incorporate design revisions.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, dimensioned correctly, and comply with project standards.
- Manage drawing revisions, documentation, and project records systematically.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain drawing quality.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentation drawings, image editing, and rendering enhancement.
- Basic rendering and visualization skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
