Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Shopify Developer to manage, develop, and maintain our jewellery e-commerce website. The candidate should have experience in Shopify store development, website optimization, theme customization, and e-commerce operations. Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and themes.
- Handle website updates, product uploads, banners, landing pages, and collections.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, and APIs.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for website creatives and campaigns.
- Improve website UI/UX for better customer experience.
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
- Manage SEO basics such as meta tags, URL structure, and website optimization.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic, and conversion performance.
- Ensure website security and regular backups.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform and Liquid coding.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify theme customization.
- Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience in responsive web design.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple website tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in jewellery or fashion e-commerce industry preferred.
- Knowledge of graphic tools like Photoshop or Canva is an advantage.
