We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable educational programs and achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, admissions requirements, and career opportunities.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses and study pathways.
- Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission journey.
- Stay updated on educational programs, admission policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in education, admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
