2. Data Quality, Completeness & Lifecycle Management

Track and monitor regional progress on CAPMAP data completeness, accuracy, and adoption using structured trackers and dashboards.

Perform regular data health checks, including:

Completeness vs. required attributes

Duplicate or overlapping entries

Inconsistent naming, categorization, or capability tagging

Obsolete or inactive locations/services

Execute controlled system clean-ups, ensuring auditability and alignment with governance decisions.
3. Community Engagement & Follow-Up

Actively engage regional contributors and data owners to:

Clarify expectations

Drive timely updates and corrections

Function as a community moderator:

Answer questions on “how CAPMAP should be used”
