We are looking for a Senior QA & Training Executive to ensure high-quality customer interactions and employee performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality standards, conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and delivering training sessions to enhance team productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, emails, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular quality audits and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare QA reports and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs based on quality findings.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and refresher training programs.
- Track employee performance and training effectiveness.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve overall performance.
- Create training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base documents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in conducting audits and performance evaluations.
- Ability to analyze data and identify performance gaps.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
