Job Title: Marketing Director – Jewellery Industry (10+ Years Experience)
Location: Surat, Gujarat, India
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Director to lead and expand our jewellery business across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the jewellery business.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team.
- Expand our business across major Indian jewellery markets including Surat, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and other key cities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and jewellery manufacturers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings in India and overseas.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the jewellery industry, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian jewellery market and its major trading hubs.
- Experience in building and managing successful sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel across India and internationally for business development.
- Good command of English is required. Fluent English will be a strong advantage.
