Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare institutions to promote company services.
- Present company products and healthcare solutions to doctors, hospital management, and decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project implementation and customer support.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Hospital Sales, or Healthcare Services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
