Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and explain our IT training programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Answer basic course-related questions.
- Maintain call records and lead information.
- Schedule demo classes or counselling sessions.
- Build positive relationships with potential students.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
