About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, recruitment partners, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a positive work culture through regular engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Plan and execute team-building activities and recognition programs.
HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies are updated and effectively communicated.
Performance Management
- Drive the performance appraisal process.
- Support managers with goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs across departments.
Compliance & Payroll Support
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll for salary processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
Training & Development
- Identify learning needs and organize internal and external training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager role.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, QSR, or service industries will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹8–10 LPA (depending on experience and suitability)
