Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Staff to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, assist doctors during medical procedures, administer medications, and ensure patient comfort while maintaining high standards of healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the guidance of doctors
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation accurately
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in patient care areas
- Educate patients and their attendants on basic healthcare instructions
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient care
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM qualification
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required
