We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telemarketing / Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Malur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, and supporting the sales team in expanding business opportunities for our steel and roofing products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and online research
- Contact builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and industrial clients
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/database
- Coordinate with sales team for enquiry closure and order tracking
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Prepare daily call and lead reports
Requirements & Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma Holder
- 1 to 3 Years in Lead Generation
- Good communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Experience in steel or building materials industry is an added advantage
- Candidates should know English, Kannada and Hindi .
- Knowledge of other languages would be added advantage.
