Architect Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer with a passion for innovative design and project execution. The ideal candidate should be able to develop creative architectural concepts and manage projects from design through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and construction documents.
Create 2D and 3D presentations using design software.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
Assist in material selection, specifications, and project documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 3+ years of relevant architectural design experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
Strong design, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is an added advantage.
