Milano Nut Company is looking to hire an experienced Plant Manager – Cashew for its operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of cashew processing plant operations
- Production planning, yield optimization & cost control
- Manpower management, productivity & local workforce development
-Driving operational efficiency, process improvements & audits
Candidate Profile:
✔3–20+ years of experience in cashew processing / agro manufacturing
✔ Strong exposure to , grading, packing & export standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
