A Sales and Marketing Manager drives revenue growth and brand visibility by aligning strategic marketing initiatives with active sales operations. They are responsible for managing budgets, analyzing market trends, leading cross-functional teams, and transforming marketing leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Formulate and execute integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve financial targets and market share growth.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Oversee the creation of promotional campaigns and align them with the sales pipeline to convert prospects into customers.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and continuously analyze data regarding sales figures, ROI on ad spend, and conversion rates to measure success.
- Market Research: Study competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Budget Management: Prepare annual budgets, allocate funds for campaigns, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency.
